I have been doing business with Brandon and Janine Foreman for 10 years.  I first met Brandon when I was trying to sell a home on my own through a popular self selling business.  He was the listing agent on the home I was attempting to purchase.

In the end, he helped me sell my home for $20,000 more than I had been listing it for on my own, and over $30,000 more than the best offer I had received to that point, on the first day of the listing!

Subsequently, he acted as my listing agent twice and my agent when I was purchasing once.  Brandon also went through the offer process with me on half a dozen properties that required difficult and time consuming negotiations and bargaining.

In all cases he and Janine went well beyond what you would expect of any REALTOR®.  Brandon helped find a home for a tenant who was having difficulty moving out of a home I was purchasing – driving him around for a day to different possible locations and finding him what he needed.  Janine’s assistance in staging the houses, even spending days with me painting and straightening up a rental unit made a world of difference. 

Through all of this, both were calm, professional and cheerful, fatalistic people to be around and even more so in the stressful process of home purchase and sales.

These are not your cliché realtors.  It is evident from the moment you first meet them.  No garish flashy cloths and expensive cars.  No high pressure sales.  No insincere banter.  They give honest, realistic, straightforward and useful advice.  They very clearly understand the business.  Brandon and Janine have acted more like partners in the process, and have been more than generous with their time and energy.

Even more, I know the commitment that both have to making our city and world a better place and the real energy and genuine commitment they have to a number of worthy causes.

Brandon recently sold my revenue property for more than I expected to get. He had to deal with three tenants in arranging showings.
